Privacy Policy

Learning Trail Adventures provides a family learning app at learningtrailadventures.com. We collect the parent email and password needed to create an account, learner first names or nicknames, grade settings, learning progress, and optional parent practice activity. If password recovery is used, we process the recovery email through our email provider.

We use this information to run the service, sync progress across devices for that family, send account emails (such as password reset and product updates you opt into or that are required for the service), and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information. Service providers that help us host, store, or send email may process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Parents may request access, correction, or deletion of their family account by contacting learningtrailadventure@gmail.com. We keep account data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for security or legal reasons.

• Children's data is collected only as part of a parent-created family account.
• Do not put secrets or payment card numbers in chat or support tickets.
• Payments are not live yet; when billing starts, this policy will name the processor and what billing data is stored.
